FAQ + Details
What are your packages and pricing?
I offer a variety of packages, which start with full day coverage at $3,500, and partial day at $2,600. Every wedding is unique, so please reach out through my contact page so we can chat and I can send you more information!
We want to book with you! What comes next?
If you’re ready for this step, please send me a note! I’d love to meet with you, get a feel for your day, and hear more about who you are as a couple. Once we know what package and options are the right fit for you, all that’s required to secure your wedding date is a $1,000 non-refundable retainer with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.
When do we get our photos?
Engagement photos are delivered within 4 weeks, and wedding photos are within 8 weeks. All of your final images are delivered in high-resolution via a personalized online gallery.
How long have you been a wedding photographer?
I photographed my first full wedding in 2011, and it grew from there. Doing weddings and portraits was my side business for several years, until I finally took a leap of faith in 2020 to take it full-time. It’s my passion and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.
Do you have insurance and backup gear?
Absolutely, yes. I can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request, and always have a second set of equipment to use in an emergency.
Do you use a second photographer?
I photograph most weddings on my own, and am very experienced at capturing candids throughout the day as a solo photographer. However, I do recommend adding a second photographer for some weddings – it all depends on what you have planned!
Do you travel?
Happily. Seeing new places or traveling to old favorites brings me so much joy. If your wedding is located outside of the Grand Rapids MN area, we can discuss travel costs and arrangements.
Do you offer prints? Albums?
Yes! I currently offer a wide variety of prints, albums, cards, canvases, and other beautiful products to commemorate your special day. These are all available for you to create and order through your gallery store.
What types of photography do you do?
I primarily photograph weddings, families, and couples. To me being a photographer is an honor. For weddings, being trusted to photograph one of the most important days of your life isn’t something I take lightly, and have an absolute blast doing. I also love photographing families and couples in all stages of life, it’s an honor to get a glimpse into who you are and capture your connections with each other. Feel free to view more of my work on my portfolio page.
